Suggesting that they “Seek a Journey of Curiosity,” she encouraged the PSAs: to be curious about their growth, to continuously learn from and teach others, and to seek mentors and be mentors. Finally, she encouraged them to build roots and learn about their communities so they can make a positive impact on West Virginia.

Before moving to Morgantown, Terran received a B.S. in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech and an Executive MBA from Loyola University. While spending 18+ years of her executive career journey with UnderArmour, she led teams through new start-up initiatives and uncharted territory and challenges associated with world-wide initiatives. Terran launched Explore WV Kits, Zoo Experience Kits, and Explore Camping Kits to encourage people and families to experience, explore, and learn.
