Frank Vitale

The Honorable Frank Vitale holds an appointment as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at West Virginia University. A graduate of Valley Forge Military Academy and College, he earned a degree in Degree in Criminal Justice while serving as the Cadet Regimental Sergeant Major of the Corps and student body president.

He serves as the Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army (CASA) for West Virginia and is the President and CEO of Forge Business Solutions, a business strategy firm he founded in 2017.

Appointed by the Secretary of the Army, Civilian Aides to the Secretary of the Army serve as advisors to the Secretary, the Chief of Staff of the Army, and commanders at all echelons. They enhance support for Army leadership across the nation, fostering collaboration with the Active Army, Army National Guard, and Army Reserve. As Special Government Employees (SGEs), CASAs are accorded protocol equivalent to a Lieutenant General (three-star rank). He also serves as President and CEO - Forge Business Solutions. Forge is a business strategy firm with a focus on government contracting.
