Bill Treasurer
Bill was the first springboard diver to ever attend WVU on a full athletic scholarship. He was also the first diver in the school’s history to ever go to NCAA Division 1 nationals, and the first diver in the school’s history to win the Outstanding Swimmer Award. Bill earned his master’s degree in organizational development from the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay.

Bill Treasurer is the founder of Giant Leap Consulting, a courage-building company. He is the author of six books including his newest, Leadership Two Words at a Time: Simple Truths for Leading Complicated People. The book was recently awarded the Gold Medal from the North American Book Awards.
Bill’s book, Courage Goes to Work, was an international bestseller, and his courage-building workshops have been taught to thousands of executives in twelve countries on five continents.
For almost three decades, Bill has worked with leaders from such renowned organizations as NASA, Saks Fifth Avenue, The Home Depot, UBS Bank, Spanx, eBay, Southern Company, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and many institutions of higher learning including Harvard, MIT, Yale, and many others.
Prior to founding Giant Leap Consulting, Bill served as an executive in Accenture’s change management and human performance practice, eventually becoming the $65 billion company’s first full-time internal executive coach.
