After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise Psychology from WVU in 2012, James continued his education by receiving a Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Iowa in 2017, and Primary Spine Practitioner Certification from the University of Pittsburgh in 2021.

Currently, James is the Market Provider Manager for Crossover Health in Detroit, MI. As noted, this system engages in population health management through improving access to high quality Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Health Coaching, and Physical Medicine. He oversees all clinical standards and operations across the region.
